How does per-unit pricing work?
You pay a flat monthly rate multiplied by the number of units in your building. 50 units on Community = $175/month. No hidden fees, no per-user seat charges — just one number.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Billing adjusts at the start of your next monthly cycle with no penalties.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month by default. We're working on annual plans with a discount — founding buildings will be first to know.
What happens after the 90-day free trial?
After your trial, you choose a tier and billing starts. No surprise charges — we'll remind you before the trial ends.
How do residents access the app?
Residents get an invite link from you. They tap it, join with their unit number, and install it to their home screen in under 30 seconds. No App Store required.
Can I use ANCHOR for multiple buildings?
Yes. Our Pro tier includes the Portfolio Dashboard so you can manage every building from one login.
Do you help with setup and onboarding?
Yes — we do not just hand you a login. We come to your building, help residents get set up in person, configure your dashboard, and make sure the community activates from day one.
What does it cost after the free period ends?
Plans start at $2 per unit per month. A 200-unit building on our Community plan is $700 per month — less than the cost of one month of lost rent from a single vacancy.
